Water meters come in different sizes, and the cost for replacing them can vary greatly.

But most of the equipment you need will be covered by homeowner’s insurance.

To replace your meter, simply check the meter to make sure it is working properly.

If it is, you will need to go to the local hardware store and find a replacement water meter for the correct size.

If you need a replacement for a different size of water meter or a different type of water line, you may need to call your local water provider.
