I’ve had a good week at the gym: I’ve been lifting weights, but I’ve also been taking care of business in the gym


Posted November 21, 2018 03:33:50A few days ago, I got the chance to see what it’s like to work out on the treadmill.

The gym I’m working out at is called The Gym, and it’s located in the very heart of central Seoul, just a short drive from my house.

It’s a small, cramped space with only two seats and a single treadmill in the middle.

It is one of only a few gym facilities in the city where you can use the treadmill, and you’ll find it outside of a gym window for a nominal fee.

In addition to the treadmill itself, The Gym also has a range of stationary machines, including a stationary bike and a rower.

The stationary machines are for the elite, who are used to using a stationary bicycle or rower for daily fitness training.

In the case of the rower, it’s for those who are looking to improve their overall strength.

I don’t know if I’ve ever had the opportunity to train on a stationary machine before, but for those of us who have, it was a welcome change from a stationary workout, which is often just a pile of crutches or a treadmill.

The treadmill is a simple thing.

It has a metal disc, with a metal bar on top.

It rotates up and down, allowing you to spin around a bit.

On the side of the machine, you’ll also find a battery-operated device that charges the machine and holds the weight.

When you turn on the machine you can see a light up on top, indicating you’ve just started.

You can then spin the machine by pressing down on the pedals.

The speed of the rotation is controlled by the weight you’re holding, and by the amount of weight you press down on each pedal.

You’re basically doing a push-up on a spinning machine, with the weight on the other end of the bar.

The first time I tried using the treadmill at The Gym I was very nervous.

It felt like a weird novelty, but after a few days of using it I have to say I’m quite happy with the experience.

The speed of my rotation is pretty quick.

The most I’ve felt is around 2-3 revolutions per minute, but it doesn’t take much to get into a rhythm.

I can also do this while moving at a good pace, so that’s an extra bonus.

When I’m at a loss for words, I’m able to just say, “Oh yeah, I’ve done this a few times,” and my eyes will adjust to the movement without me having to think about it.

I’ve noticed that the heavier I am, the more I get into it.

I started using the machine for three weeks, and I’ve seen my strength increase from 8 kilograms (20 pounds) to 17 kilograms (27 pounds) in a week.

At the time, I was training for a race, so I had a lot of weight to work with.

I think this helped me reach the next plateau, but the treadmill has made me more aware of how much I can lift.

When I’m out for a run or when I’m on the bike, I’ll use the device to keep me balanced and keep my body on the correct axis.

I’ve noticed I’m more efficient at moving forward with my body when I use the machine.

For those who don’t like to train while wearing a suit, you can get some extra benefits by wearing a t-shirt, and that’s exactly what I did.

I wore a shirt to work, and then went out and bought a pair of shorts, which I’d rather be able to wear than work out with my suit on.

I think my workout has made a big difference.

As a former gymgoer, I am a bit of a fitness junkie, and as a result I’m always looking for ways to make myself more efficient.

But I have a feeling that this type of machine will really help me become more efficient and make my workout a lot more fun.
